These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Applaud platform operated by Binary Brains AB ("Applaud", "we", "us"), a company registered in Örebro, Sweden.
By accessing or using Applaud, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using Applaud on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Applaud is a business management platform for the live music industry. The platform provides tools for show planning, budgeting, ticket data integration, marketing campaign matching, CRM, settlements, document management, digital signing, team collaboration, and AI-assisted analytics.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it updated.
Applaud offers paid subscription plans billed monthly per user. Prices are as listed on our website and may be updated with 30 days' notice. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of any content you upload, create, or process through Applaud. We use your data only to provide and improve our services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use Applaud for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform; interfere with the platform's operation; or resell access without authorization.
Applaud offers integrations with third-party services. These integrations are provided as-is and are subject to the terms of the respective third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data.
Applaud and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Binary Brains AB and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Applaud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Örebro, Sweden.
